To purchase an item, simply complete the order form, select payment type, and click the "Send Order Form button at the bottom of the page. If your payment is by credit card, we will begin to fill your order immediately upon your verification of acceptance of the total amount of the charges, including tax, shipping, and any applicable insurance charges. If your purchase request indicates you will be paying by check or money order, the item you are requesting will either be placed in a queue for work to be prepared or archived even though the transaction is not yet complete. In the event we receive multiple requests to purchase limited edition prints, we will sell the prints in the order received until all editions of the print are sold.

After submitting your order request and receiving your initial verification that your order has been received, you will receive a second notification that will include the total cost of your order, including tax, shipping, and any applicable insurance charges.   Once you have received the total cost of your order, you will be asked to verify your willingness to complete the transaction before your credit card payment is processed.   Otherwise you will need to submit a check or money order payable to PicturesPlus-Art.com to the address that is provided at the bottom of this page and also on the order form page.  Please keep in mind that each print is created to your specific order, so allow 3-4 weeks for delivery from our receipt of payment.

Some special orders can be accommodated other than the specific offerings listed on this site.  If you are interested in a special size or type of print, please e-mail or telephone us with your request.  We will let you know if we can fill the type of order you are requesting.

Returns: Customer satisfaction is our priority.  Due to the subjectivity of art appreciation, we remain flexible on returns. If you have a problem and wish to return a piece, please contact us at picturesplus@picturesplus-art.com or by telephone at (850)656-8058.   However, if you have possessed an item over 28 days, we consider the transaction complete and final.
